Machaca de Res

Machaca is a cooked dried meat with garlic and spices added.  The label says "Machaca de Res", and the picture on the label is of a cow.  The funny thing is, that here in Sonora most of the machaca is made from horse and burro meat.  I added a picture of my horse to the label for clarity.
